I work with individuals to manage problems such as Anxiety and Depression, Anger, Academic Stress, Assertiveness Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Life Transitions, Occupational Stress, Panic Disorder, Self Esteem, Sleep/Insomnia, Substance Abuse, Trauma/PTSD, and Weight Loss, among others.
Common couples’ challenges include: Communication, Codependency, Cultural Differences, Divorce, Family Conflict, Parenting, Peer Relationships, Power and Control, Premarital Issues, Peer or Work Relationships, and more.
Evidence based techniques I use include CBT, DBT, Emotion Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interview, Psychodynamic Therapy, and more.
